Our You Said, We Did reports show, openly and simply, how the voices of people who use mental health services lead to real change. They bring together what our members and wider communities have shared with us, alongside the actions taken in response by local partners such as Suffolk County Council (SCC) and the Integrated Care Board (ICB).
These reports close the feedback loop by demonstrating that lived experience genuinely shapes improvement. They reflect the themes raised through our coproduction events, meetings, and ongoing conversations with SUF members, and they show how this insight influences local thinking, commissioning, and service development.
By publishing these reports, we aim to strengthen trust, deepen coproduction, and ensure that the experiences and expertise of people with lived experience continue to drive better mental health services across Suffolk.
