Your voice & the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Inspection of Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust
CQC, the independent regulator of health, mental health and adult social care in England will be inspecting Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) the week beginning the 11th July. They would like to hear feedback from service users and carers about mental health services before the inspection.
There are a number of ways people can feedback their views (CQC are are interested in experiences from the last 12 months only).
You can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 03000 616161
or visit the CQC website and complete the ‘share your experience form’
Please see the poster which advertises the inspection and the ways people can feedback their views to CQC.
SUF has our 1st Better Together group in Ipswich on Wednesday, 15th June 2016, from 10.30-12pm and I have invited CQC inspectors to attend this event, if they have available resources.
Early next week I will confirm a similar event for Bury St Edmunds for those service users who would like to meet together and will also invite CQC.
If CQC are not able to attend these events, SUF will email collective and anonymous feedback from these events to CQC as part of this inspection process.
