At Suffolk User Forum, our advocacy, peer support, user voice and coproduction services are provided free of charge. As a charity we are committed to keeping our core costs as low as possible. We work to ensure that the majority of our funds directly benefits mental health service users. Therefore, any donations received are extremely appreciated.
Here’s how your contribution makes an impact:
£10 enables us to provide 30 minutes of telephone support to someone living with mental ill health, at a point of crisis.
£25 enables us to send a bi-weekly roundup of news, events, and involvement opportunities to our members and people with lived experience of mental illness.
£50 goes towards enabling a person with severe mental illness to have their voice heard and to be involved in coproduction, influencing mental health service transformation in Suffolk.
A donation of any size will help SUF to continue our work to support and raise the voices of our members and people with lived experience of mental ill-health, trauma, and distress.

DONATE by post – Send a cheque to Suffolk User Forum, Unit 3 Grange Business Centre, Tommy Flowers Drive, Kesgrave, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP13 5BY.
DONATE by standing order – You can set up a Standing Order using your banking app, or through your bank website.
DONATE when you shop online with easyfundraising! easyfundraising.org.uk allows people across the UK to support a charity or cause close to their heart every time they shop online. There are nearly 3,000 retailers including Amazon, John Lewis, Aviva, and Sainsbury’s, who will donate a percentage of the amount you spend to Suffolk User Forum to say thank you for shopping with them.
