Living with drug or alcohol problems isn’t easy – it’s really tough.
At Phoenix Futures, we know how tough it is, which is why we are here to help anyone affected by drug and alcohol problems, every step of the way.
For more than 45 years we’ve worked with individuals, families, and communities to show that recovery from substance misuse is possible. Whether you are struggling with your own drug and alcohol problems, looking to support a loved one, or want to build better support relationships within the community, our dedicated and experienced teams will work with you to ensure you receive the support you need.
Who we help
We help anyone affected by problematic drug and alcohol use. Between 2015 and 2016 we helped 23,650 people take their first step into recovery and to rebuild their lives. Of this number, 787 people were helped by our residential and housing services, 16,802 people were helped by our community services, and 732 were helped by our prison services.
How we help
We provide 138 services across England and Scotland in community, prison and residential settings. Our focus is, and will always be, on the individual. Everyone has a different story to tell and a different journey to take. Our drug and alcohol support workers use therapeutic practices to help those with substance misuse issues to look at the root of their problems and make positive changes. Our Phoenix Plus model is unique to us and provides support in housing, family relationships, community engagement, and education and employability. Through focusing on a person’s wider recovery we can help rebuild lives and help people to stay on track.
