Kids Inspire is a children’s mental health charity offering free trauma support to families who might otherwise struggle to access it.
Based in Essex and Suffolk, they provide personalised mental health support through one‑to‑one and group sessions, helping every child get the care they need to thrive.
They prioritise families who need them most, with a focus on those on lower incomes, so that support is never out of reach.
