Summer 2026 Coffee Crawl dates now available

The summer dates for the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust Coffee Crawl are now available. These friendly weekly mornings give people a chance to enjoy a cuppa, have a chat and connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming space. They are open to adult service users, families and carers.

Coffee Crawl is about more than coffee. It is a chance to meet like-minded people, share experiences if you want to, and feel part of something supportive. For many people, these mornings offer a gentle way to build confidence, reduce isolation and support wellbeing.

The group meets every Wednesday from 10.30am to 12.00pm at a different coffee shop in Ipswich. Just turn up and join us.

Sometimes local voluntary and statutory organisations come along too, to share information about support and opportunities and to listen to people’s feedback. This helps make sure local voices are heard.

You can find the full list of Coffee Crawl dates and venues on the NSFT Participation webpage.

There is also a special summer event to look forward to:

  • 29 July: a summer craft workshop at Geek Retreat in Ipswich, offering a creative and inclusive space for anyone who would like to take part.
