Many of you may know that in 2018 SUF was supported to bring the award-winning suicide prevention,  Stay Alive App to Suffolk, through joint funding between Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust and local Clinical Commissioning Groups. We now have over 1250 people who use this suicide prevention app in Suffolk.

If you have the StayAlive app on your phone or tablet you will probably have noticed that very recently it has been updated to show the very latest support available for people in Suffolk who may be having suicidal thoughts as well as updates to LifeBox, Safety Plan and Wellness plan sections. It is also now available on your web browser at www.stayalive.app

We would love to hear your feedback about the app and its resources.

You can leave feedback either via our website HERE or call the SUF office on 01473 907087 and leave your contact details and a member of staff will call you back.

If you haven’t yet discovered the StayAlive app, then click HERE for more information.
