As many of you may know, on Tuesday 12th February Suffolk User Forum took part in the BBC Radio Suffolk Tuesday Takeover to share both our work and experiences mixed with a wide array of guests to the 12,000 strong listeners that night. The show was a great success and we hope you were able to tune in that night to join us. Part One – Suffolk User Forum’s Brian, James and Jayne Introduce SUF and kick off the show.

Part Three – Lizzie and Helen join us in the studio to share their experiences on how mental health has effected them and their loved ones.

Part Six – Sam Brook joins the group alongside Linda to talk through Buddhism, spirituality and the pros and cons of medication in their lives.
Part Seven – Sam and Linda continue to talk through their experiences and the need for proper peer support for people who are struggling.
