We have received confirmation that Access Community Trust ceased trading on the 25th February 2026. This has resulted in the immediate closure of the four STEAM cafés across Norfolk and Suffolk, as well as the Dual Diagnosis service in Waveney.
The Norfolk and Waveney and Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Boards (ICB’s) are working urgently to ensure the safety and support of all individuals currently accessing these services. Staff from Access Community Trust have already been in contact with affected service users to provide reassurance and guidance.
Both ICBs are now seeking alternative providers for the STEAM cafés and for the Dual Diagnosis service in Waveney. Further updates will be shared as soon as available.
