SUF is Disability Confident Committed organisation and works to support people living with disabilities by increasing understanding of disability in all our work, removing barriers to disabled people and those with long-term health conditions and ensuring that disabled people have the opportunities to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations.

SUF has signed the ‘Charter for Employers Positive about Mental Health’. We are committed to creating a supportive and open culture, where colleagues feel able to talk about mental health confidently. We provide proactive support to staff experiencing mental ill health.

We are delighted to announce that Suffolk User Forum is now an accredited Living Wage Employer. This means that every member of staff working for SUF will earn a real Living Wage.
