Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 – tackling loneliness

Connect for Mental Health Awareness week 2022

Its Mental Health Awareness Week between 9 to 15 May 2022.

The official theme is ‘loneliness’.

Loneliness affects many of us at one time or another. It affects our sense of wellbeing and can impact on our mental health.

SUF has worked with people who have experienced loneliness to develop our Thrive with Five Series. Starting with Connect, we share tips and support that can help us when we are feeling lonely.

We can all take small steps, to enrich our lives with new connections every day. Sometimes it is the simple things that can make a real difference to us and help us feel connected to others.

Let’s connect during Mental Health Awareness Week.
