Suffolk User Forum AGM 2021
November 16 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pmFree
Everyone is welcome to attend this years SUF AGM on Tuesday, 16th November 2021 at 10:30am at Kesgrave Conference Centre.
SUF Members will be provided with the following documents 21 days before the AGM date.
- Proxy voting form*
*Any SUF members who are entitled to vote at the AGM but who are unable to attend in person may vote by using the proxy forms enclosed with this letter / email. Alternatively, members who are unable to attend in person are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend on their behalf. A proxy is someone who can attend, speak, and vote on the member’s behalf at the AGM.
After the formal business we will hold a brief information session to explain the role of the trustee.
This will be of particular interest to anyone who might be interested in applying to be one of SUF’s trustees.
The event will finish by 12 noon at the latest.
Finding Kesgrave Conference Centre:
Please note there is plenty of free car parking available at the conference centre. If you are travelling by bus on the First Bus route 66, the bus stops directly outside Kesgrave Conference Centre, with the building being on your right. Further details are available here https://www.kwmcc.co.uk/contact/
Attendee Covid Code
Despite the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, those attending and organising events are being asked by the Government to continue to take action to help reduce the risk of transmission. This includes undertaking a risk assessment and setting out an Attendees’ Covid Code to support additional safety measures at the event. This document is enclosed with the AGM paperwork.
Booking to attend this year’s AGM
To help us to comply with Government guidance for track and trace, we are asking members to book to attend our AGM. You may still attend without booking, but it will help us enormously if you do book.
To make your booking please contact Chloe at the SUF Office on 01473 907087 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org
The SUF board is mindful that there has recently been an increase in Covid cases. Should local or national rules change in relation to events, the SUF AGM will be conducted on Zoom. All members will be notified if this becomes necessary.
