Join us for a taster of the Suffolk Five Ways to Wellbeing. For SUF Members. If you are not a member yet, please do sign up and join us.
This is a 5 week course for April 2019 – every Tuesday.
April is Stress Awareness Month so to coincide we are holding a 5-week course to Wellbeing with every Tuesday being a different wellbeing area and focus.
Please note that should you wish to book a place you will need to be able to commit to attending all 5 weeks of the course.
- Tea, coffee and cakes will be provided!
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
- This course will be in an upstairs room and we regret this is not wheelchair accessible on this occasion.
A great event to learn all about Wellbeing in a safe space.
