Our next course on the Five Ways for Wellbeing commences today.
Wellbeing is defined as the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy. Wellbeing is when we feel good and enjoy our day-to-day life. The things we do and the way we think affects our wellbeing. There are five keyways that can help boost our wellbeing, each of these actions makes a positive difference on how we feel.
The Five Ways to Wellbeing are
- Be Active,
- Take Notice,
- Keep Learning
This five week course we will concentrate on one of these areas each week.
Week one is called Connect – it all about out growing our connections with others and the world around us.
When it comes to wellbeing, other people matter.
Evidence shows that connecting with others and forming good relationships – with family, friends and our wider community are important for our mental health and wellbeing.
Building connections will support and enrich us every day.
