The Care Quality Commission are inspecting Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust in July. Before the inspection, they have asked SUF and Healthwatch for feedback from service users about the services provided by the Trust.
Healthwatch Suffolk and SUF are arranging two opportunities for service users and carers to share their experience of mental health care with inspectors in a quiet space.
These sessions have been planned at very short notice to take place before the inspections starts;
Wednesday, 28th June 2017, for one hour (10:30am – 11:45am) at The Mix in Stowmarket
Wednesday, 28th June 2017, for one hour (2pm – 3:15pm) at Lowestoft Library, Lowestoft.
If you are interested in attending one of these sessions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Or call Healthwatch on 01449 703949.
In the meantime SUF will be pulling together all of the recent feedback we have received from service users and family carers so that we can provide this anonymous feedback to CQC. If you would like you feedback to be included please email me or use the feedback form on the SUF website by using this link Feedback to SUF about NSFT
